Guy Fieri's Diners and Drive Ins will take us to San Antonio's Smoke Shack Team, one of the South’s most popular barbecue spots. We met Chris Conger, who runs the restaurant, during our previous trip to San Antonio. He is well known for his incredible barbecue. Check out his Big Dog sandwich, which comes with pulled pork, chopped brisket, slaw with feta cheese, and two house-made sauces.

Big Pinks BBQ trucks don't have engines, but they do have a much better smoker. This truck has been parked on Union Avenue in Bridgewater, NJ, for decades. Food Network will show the truck live on their July 29th, 9 p.m. A Big Pinks BBQ sandwich can be a memorable experience. The eight-inch sausage can be stuffed with different meats. The sausage comes with a variety toppings and an onion rings.

Guy Fieri's Restaurant Career

Guy Fieri's restaurant career began in his early teens, when he started selling soft pretzels. His father helped him construct a three-wheeled bicycle car, which he sold to make enough money for his international study trip. Guy Fieri graduated from the University of Nevada in 1991. He worked in various restaurants before becoming a district manager at Louise's Trattoria, Las Vegas. He also worked as an assistant dishwasher and sold groceries.

Fieri was just 16 years old when he started selling soft pretzels. He later became a district manager for Louise's Trattoria. How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. How can you make them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. They must be fresh, preferably from the organic market, and be kept cold until cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This can make your omelets look bizarrely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This will whip the air around the bowl and mix the egg well.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

After you have folded your eggs, heat up the oil on medium heat. Wait for it to get hot. Once the oil begins to heat, add 1/4 cup butter and swirl the pan to coat it. Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet over using a spatula or flip the pan upside down. Cook the other side for about a minute. Take out the omelet and place it in a bowl.

This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
