Erica Blaire Roby

Roby has a more extensive background in cooking than most people believe. She recently appeared on Blue Smoke Grill's Food Network episode. She learned from some of the greatest chefs in the world and received a $7,500 Preserve the Pit grant. Her barbecue skills were put to the test as she competed against some of the nation's top chefs. Roby persevered despite having to cut her finger.

A psychology graduate, Roby has worked as a wine expert and as a criminal defense attorney. Prior to her appearance on Food Network, Roby spent some time as a sommelier, pairing wines and foods. This gave her the chance of regaining her passion for cooking. Roby was raised in a barbecue house, and her love of the grill is a natural result.

Despite her legal career, Roby decided to take up cooking barbecue after having her first child. Inspired by her father's dream, Roby decided to start a barbecue restaurant. Roby enrolled in the celebrity pitmaster Harry Soo's barbecuing cooking course in 2018. After completing the course, Roby was certified as a pitmaster and began work in a barbecue restaurant.

Barbecue was a hobby that she began to enjoy and then became a passion. She started out by cooking on her backyard patio. After that, she was invited to compete in barbecue events across the country. She cooked alongside some of America's most famous pit masters. She has since opened several pop-ups all around Dayton. She hopes to one day open a food truck.

Team Brawl vs. Team Brawl vs.

In the upcoming third season of Food Network BBQ Team Brawl, two of the world's top chefs will join forces to compete for the ultimate grilling title. Anne Burrell (and Jet Tila) will battle Bobby Flay (and Team Anne) in a dinner-party brawl. The new season also features the return of "BBQ Brawl" favorite Matt Roth, who owns the Austin-based Smokin Beauty with his wife Thao.

Ann gave instructions to the contestants in the first episode Food Network BBQ Team Brawl. Jet and Team Bobby let them decide what they would make. Team Bobby made a mess of his ceviche and lost some meat. Team Anne is now ahead by a lot. Anne even jumped in front of Team Bobby's contestant as he reached out for an ingredient.

The new season of BBQ Team Brawl will feature some familiar faces, as with all Food Network competitions. Lee Ann Whippen, a 23-year veteran of barbecuing, will be the team's judge. She is also the managing partner of Deviled Pig in Tampa and a judge for the Kansas City Barbecue Society. She has been a star on television shows such as Throwdown with Bobby Flay and BBQ Pitmasters, and has won numerous state and international barbecue championships.

In another battle, Flay and Symon battled it out over the best barbecue sandwich. Lee Ann took a more traditional approach, while Susie took a more exotic turn. Although her pork belly banh mash was innovative, judges were not impressed by its thickness. The Team Anne burger was delicious, juicy, and well-baked.
