BBQ Carolina - The Best BBQ in America

cooking steak tips on stove top

If you're a barbecue fan, you've probably heard of barbecue Carolina, the state of the South. But what's the real secret to Carolina's signature meat? The secret is in the sauce. There are two main styles: Eastern and Lexington style. The former style is considered authentic, while the latter is traditional. The eastern style of barbecue involves basting the meat with a thick sauce of vinegar and red pepper along with sugar.

Carolina's barbecue sauce is different from most Southern states. The barbecue sauce in Carolina is sweet and tangy, and it is flavored with mustard. The sweet and tangy flavor is characteristic of the Lowcountry region. A spicy vinegar and pepper mixture is a common use in the Northeastern counties. In the Upstate, the meats are marinated in a thin red sauce. The BBQ sauce-based barbecues of the Savannah River counties are well-known.

How To

How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you make them perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you intend to cook your eggs immediately, it's best to use room-temperature egg.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg in a microwave for 10 seconds and then place it in a pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. Mix eggs well together. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Now comes the fun part - pouring the milk into the mixture. Mix half of the milk with the eggs. Then fold the eggs in half into the remaining milk. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. The lid should be carefully opened. Sprinkle salt in the pan. A pinch of salt will help prevent the omelet from sticking to the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet with a spatula, or flip it upside down. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Serve the omelet immediately by removing it from the pan.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
